Leviticus boots make their first appearance on eBay and sell well

These Leviticus brand boots are fairly new to the market and the style is almost identical to Stuart Weitzman "Hilo" boots.  In fact, these are actually taller at 30 inches while most "Hilo" boots measure 26 inches.

These brown thigh-high boots in a size 10 sold for $172.50.  They list for $224.99 on the Leviticus Fashions website.







The toes also appear more almond than the round toes on the Stuart Weitzman "Hilo" boots.



I'd prefer black heels as opposed to the wood-style heels on these, but these are some impressive boots from a new seller on the market!

An eBay boot seller gets a nice price for vintage thigh-highs

eBay shoe and boot seller "marmfrut" fetched an impressive $155.50 for these vintage 1980s black leather thigh-high boots in a size 8.5-9.  These boots featured a full-length zipper and measured nearly 29 inches tall.  The insole was gone, but the seller speculated they could be either Wild Pair or Frederick's of Hollywood, and I'm inclined to think the latter.

As is common with this seller, they were nicely modeled both sitting and standing.

Although the style is a little too sculpted for me, the boots look good quality and should last the winner many more years.

Vintage Wild Pair thigh boots in a popular style still sell well

These vintage Wild Pair black leather thigh-high boots in a size 7 sold for their starting bid of $99.95. The seller described them as "wicked Wild Pair rock star" boots and I couldn't agree more.  Sexy spiked heels with pull-on styling and cuffability make these some very versatile boots.  Even better, they appear to be in excellent, near pristine condition.

For some reason, I've never been able to find this desirable style in my size.  These would look equally great worn with skinny jeans or paired with a pencil skirt for the office.

An impressive leather trench coat actually fetches $100

This very nice looking black leather trench coat by Zanella (size Medium) sold for an impressive $100, especially consider it seems like a buyer's market for this item on eBay, meaning there are some real deals to be found.  Although I've never heard of the brand, the leather appears to be high-quality lambskin and the styling is classic.  It would have been nice to see this on a model.

I'd wear it with the collar turned up and with a sexy beret, black leather gloves, and tall matching boots for that "chic spy" look!

Who knew Vince made sexy leather boots, too?

I'm used to seeing Vince leather jackets and jogging pants in buttery soft leather at designer prices, but who knew they made boots, too?!

These Vince black leather OTK high stacked heel boots sold for their starting bid of $115.  These size 9.5 boots would have been tempting if I didn't already own the very similar Candela "Cloti" boots which are very similar but with ankle straps.

A sexy, timeless style that would look stunning paired with skinny jeans and a black leather jacket for a great "date night" or concert look.

Interesting how the seaming detail extends all the way down to the bottom of the heels.

Vintage Dolce and Gabbana thigh-high boots sell for an impressive $450

These size 7 vintage black leather Dolce and Gabbana thigh-high leather boots sold for their starting bid of $450, especially impressive considering late April is off-season for boot sales on eBay.

I'm sure part of the appeal is that the seller stated the boots "look like new, never worn outside."



Never mind that the seller provided one original photo and the other photos were "borrowed" from previous successful sales of these boots, including very nicely modeled photos by seller "livefire."

Gianvito Rossi Italian black leather OTK riding-style boots

These Gianvito Rossi made in Italy black leather OTK riding-style boots sold for their impressive starting bid of $489.  These size 39 boots were appealing to me because of their matte finish, walkable heels, and ankle strap which gives them an edgy "biker" look.

These would look great paired with skinny jeans and a blazer or black leather jacket.

A deal on size 10 Stuart Weitzman "Hilo" OTK boots

Even with pricey $24.99 shipping, someone got one of the better deals I've seen on the Stuart Weitzman "Hilo" OTK boots for $179.99, especially in a large size 10.

The boots had light wear, including some knicks to the leather on the toes and foot area.  Also, the heels had been professionally padded.
