Custom-made crotch boots sell for $425 from a UK seller

A boot seller in the UK listed these custom-made crotch-high black leather boots which received 41 bids and sold for an impressive $425!  These boots were new with the original box.

These boots were a large size 43 or the seller stated a US 11.  These boots were made of black lambskin leather and featured a full-length side zipper, pointy toes and metal heels.  These boots measured a whopping 39 inches tall - truly crotch-high boots!

Fortunately, the seller also provided a couple of nicely modeled photos.

Custom-made crotch boots sell for $680!

These 34" tall custom-made black leather crotch-high boots with 6" heels in a European size 42 (US size 10.5-11) sold for a very impressive $680.00.

Although I'm sure these boots would turn heads, I have to wonder how difficult it is to walk in those extra-tall heels! From the looks of the soles, it appears they've been worn very little.

The same seller sold these NWOB size 9 Western-style crotch-high boots for $410.00. These boots featured a 5" heel and an impressive 35" shaft.

This seller is obviously into some extreme boots!

A leather catsuit for $26?!

I find it hard to believe that this real leather catsuit modeled after Sienna Miller's "Baroness" character in the GI Joe movie only sold for $26.00, or that the seller let it go for so little. The seller stated that it was custom-made for the girl in the photos and they didn't like the way it fit.

Obviously it didn't include the armor, the gloves, boots, belt, or prop guns. Still, for a custom-made leather catsuit, this was a steal at $26.00!

Of course, I have to wonder if this costume was made for roleplaying, Comic-Con, or Halloween? And as the suit was modeled outside, what do the lucky neighbors think?

Custom black leather crotch boots sell for $335

These custom black leather crotch high boots in a size 12 sold for a very impressive $335.02.

With a shaft height of 35 inches and no cuffability, you'd have to do a lot of scrunching or have really long legs to pull off this look.

Stunning boots, but I'm not a fan of the silver zippers.

These custom black leather 39" tall crotch-high boots in a size 11 sold for a whopping $810!!! It's the most I've seen any pair of boots sell for on eBay in a long time.

Given the height of these boots, you'd have to have really long legs to carry off the look. They also appear to be cut very narrow, so you'd have to have really long, really thin legs, unless the leather stretches.

Finally, I'm not sure why, but I don't like the heel on theses boots. Instead of a nice straight stiletto, it's a little too contoured.

Still, $810 - wow!
