Stunning 1969 Italian thigh-high boots are a steal at $300!

Someone got a deal on these stunning and oh-so-nicely modeled Italian black leather thigh-high boots by 1969.  The seller stated that they originally retailed for $1,729 and the 1969 boutique in Italy.

New in the box, these size 40/9.5 US boots measured an impressive 32" tall with 5" pencil-thin stiletto heels.  These boots also came with their original dust bag and an extra set of heel taps.

The seller stated that these boots were "works of art" and I agree.  Without a doubt, some of the nicest boots I've seen on eBay in awhile!

And based on the feedback left "wife loves the boots," it appears these were gifts for some lucky lady and the lucky husband who gets to see her wearing them!

A favorite style of vintage Wild Pair thigh boots sells for $115

These size 7 vintage Wild Pair black leather thigh-high boots sold for $115.  These boots measure an impressive 29" tall, including their 3.5" spiked heels.  Interesting that they look like totally different styles of boots in the photos, which almost makes me wonder if the first photo is a from a different seller.

I've always liked this style for it's clean lines and pull-on styling but have never been able to find a pair in my size.

Vintage Italian gray leather OTK boots sell for $150

These vintage gray over-the-knee leather boots sold for their starting bid of $149.99. These nicely modeled boots were a size 9 and made in Italy by Mignani.  The seller stated the boots were 40 years old and "from the era of the original thigh-high boots."

These boots feature an interesting tie/bow detail in the rear as well as the ability to be worn cuffed. The wooden stacked heels almost remind me of vintage Dingo boots.

Rare Italian black leather thigh-high boots sell for $199

Originally listed with a Buy It Now price of $275, the seller relisted these boots with a significantly lower Buy It Now price of $199.  These were listed as rare black leather thigh-high boots, size 40 /10 US, made in Italy.  Nicely modeled, these boots were new with box.

There was some really nice detailing on these, from the nice almond toe to the split at the top of the shaft, which allows them to be worn cuffed as well as flexibility behind the knees.

A deal on Anne Klein boots, nicely modeled

For $19.99, someone got a deal on these nicely modeled size 8 black leather dress boots by Anne Klein New York.  While they pair very nicely with skinny jeans, these would look equally great worn with a pencil skirt to the office.

Vintage Wild Pair chap boots sell for $625!!!

These vintage Wild Pair chap boots sold for an unbelievable $625.00!  These size 8.5 boots were the classic Wild Pair "buck" style.  The seller also admitted they'd been exposed to smoking in clubs and at home.

This is quite possibly the most I've ever seen any pair of Wild Pair boots sell for...and pictures weren't even that great.  However, I will agree with the seller that these boots are "ultra rare."

 

These stunning Gianvito Rossi over-the-knee black leather boots sold for a deserving $780.  These "new with box" boots were listed as a size 37.5.  These boots were worn one time and came with the original box, dust bags, heel taps, and vendor info card.  The seller stated that these came out in Fall 2015 with an original MSRP of $2,010!

These boots have been on my "wish list" for about a year now, but I haven't come across a pre-owned pair in my price range.  I especially like the pull-on styling which gives them especially clean lines. The spiky heels and pointed toes just add to the sleekness of these beautiful boots!

Dressy enough paired with a pencil skirt for a day at the office and stylish enough worn over skinny jeans for a night out!
