These Gianvito Rossi "Madison" black leather boots have been near the top of my Boot Wish List for awhile now. However, even the starting bid of $400.00 was a little too pricey for me, especially considering they were a few sizes too big. These size 40.5 / 10.5 boots ended up selling for $420.00.
From the seller's photos, it looks like these boots originally sold for $1,760.00 but were "on sale" for $1,232.00.
This style is near perfect to me - gorgeous Italian black leather, sexy stiletto heels and pointed toes, and the ability to wear them cuffed or uncuffed. I also like the nice clean lines with the pull-on styling and no zippers. These would look great paired with a gray tweed skirt at the office as well as with skinny jeans at night. Sigh...
