In a season when trench coats were really in style again, especially leather and faux leather varities, someone snapped up this vintage Danier leather trench for $67.50 plus shipping.
This coat appears to be in excellent condition and was a size 10-12. I especially like the double-breasted styling and wide collar, which would look great turned up.
The black leather trench coat never goes out of style! I'd pair this with tall black leather boots, matching leather gloves and a beret!
Catsuits and long gloves, thigh boots and trenchcoats...these are a few of my favorite things!

Michael Hoban for North Beach Leather trench coat
This vintage Michael Hoban for North Beach Leather trench coat received 9 bids and sold for $222.50. Still impressive, but far less than its Buy It Now price of $599.
This size 7/8 was made of soft lambskin leather with gold buttons. I especially like the wide collar which would look even better turned up for that mysterious spy look!

Vintage 1980s Wilson's Leather trench coat features unusual styling
This vintage 1980s black leather trench coat by Wilson's Leather sold for $59.99 plus shipping. This size S coat features unusual cape detailing and appears to be nice quality lambskin leather. For a vintage item, this coat appears to be in pristine condition!
I especially like the way the coat looks totally different when the collar is buttoned up. This would look stunning paired with a beret and tall black leather boots. No wonder the seller referred to it as a "spy coat!"

Vintage North Beach Leather trench coat sells for $340
The vintage Michael Hoban "North Beach Leather" trench coat was listed with a Buy It Now price of $339.99 but sold for its Best Offer price. I wish eBay would reveal these Best Offer prices, but they don't.
Although a small size 3/4, this coat appears to be in excellent condition and nicely photographed on a mannequin. It's one of the nicest leather trench coats I've seen for sale on eBay in quite awhile.

This coat features classic double-breasted styling with adjustable wrist straps. Oh, and it looks stunning with the wide collar turned up. Very spy chic!
The seller indicated it was from her personal collection and was only worn a few times.

Leather trench coats appear to be coming back in style and this one is definitely a very well-made investment piece which should last the lucky winner for years to come!

A deal on a very nice vintage Neiman Marcus black leather trench coat
Even with pricey $20 shipping, for $80, someone got a deal on a very nice vintage black leather trench coat from Neiman Marcus. I'm sure this coat was originally more than $500 given the high-end store it came from.
I especially like the belted style and the large collar which could also be worn up. If only this had been modeled!

Someone practically stole a very nice Wilson's Leather trench coat.
Someone got a real steal on this very nice Wilson's Leather Pelle Studio trench coat for $13.03 plus $9.85 shipping.
This classic style leather trench was a size medium and appears to be in great condition! It's double-breasted, features the requisite epaulets and wrist straps, and has a nice wide tie belt. The leather also looks softer than many other Wilson's Leather trench coats I've seen.

I could definitely see pairing this with tall boots, matching leather gloves and a black beret for a very stylish and warm winter look!

A deal on a very nice black leather trench coat
For $41.65 plus only $9 shipping, someone got a deal on this very nice, classic black leather trench coat in a women's medium. With the exception of a rip on the pocket, this classic trench appears to be in very good condition.
I especially like the double-breasted styling, wide lapels and collar, epaulets, and wrist straps.

Vintage Italian OTK boots sell for $236.50!
These vintage black leather over-the-knee boots received 30 bids and sold for a very impressive $236.50! These size 10 boots were made in Italy and nicely modeled with skinny jeans and a leather trench coat. I especially like how they can be worn cuffed or uncuffed.
Vintage boots of this quality rarely appear on eBay these days!

An impressive leather trench coat actually fetches $100
This very nice looking black leather trench coat by Zanella (size Medium) sold for an impressive $100, especially consider it seems like a buyer's market for this item on eBay, meaning there are some real deals to be found. Although I've never heard of the brand, the leather appears to be high-quality lambskin and the styling is classic. It would have been nice to see this on a model.
I'd wear it with the collar turned up and with a sexy beret, black leather gloves, and tall matching boots for that "chic spy" look!

Kenneth Cole classic-style black leather trench coat
This medium sized Kenneth Cole black leather trench coat sold for an impressive $134.40, especially considering it was pre-owned. With pricey $18.75 shipping, this coat was a $150+ purchase!
This classic style coat appears to be very well-made of quality leather and features all of the details I'd want in a leather trench - belted styling, nice collar, hidden front closure, strap detailing on the wrists, and knee-length (40" long) for wearing with boots. I'd also accessorize it with matching black leather gloves and a sexy black beret.

A nicely modeled leather trench sale from a favorite leather seller.
Even with pricey $28 shipping from Canada, for $75 someone got a decent deal on a very nice black leather trench coat by Tibor. This size XS coat was sold by veteran leather seller "leatherbill" and as always from this seller, was very nicely modeled.
This leather trench meets all of the requirements for a classic trench style: double-breasted, epaulets, wrist strap detail, back vent, and a nice large collar. I think a collar can be a dealbreaker on a leather trench, as the right one can be turned up to protect against the cold winter winds or to add an air of mystery to an already mysterious look.

REAL DEALS: Items I wish had been my size!
I'm starting a new feature here on the blog called "Real Deals." These are items that sold for an unbelievably low price. Also, these are often items I would have bid on had they been in my size.
These vintage Italian OTK boots have some of my favorite features in a pair of classic boots. I especially like the tall, narrow stacked heels, the nicely rounded toes, and the fact that they can be worn cuffed or uncuffed for two different looks. Although they do show some wear on the soles, the seller indicated that these were in mint condition. I only wish the seller had provided a few pictures of the boots being modeled, although they are a very small size. Although these didn't sell on their first listing, someone got a real deal on these size 6 boots for their opening bid of $29.99 when they were re-listed!
I know from personal experience that Andrew Marc leather coats are very well made and usually feature buttery soft leather. I also know from experience that they usually run large. I've bought and sold a few Andrew Marc leather coats on eBay because they ended up fitting much larger than I'd expected. That said, maybe I should have bid on this Andrew Marc black leather trench coat in a size Small. Quite possibly the lowest I've ever seen an Andrew Marc leather trench sell for, this one went for $12.99! Needless to say, this trench would look great paired with the boots above!
Another deal on a women's black leather trench coat in an extra small size 3/4. This vintage 1980s leather trench by J. Walden sold for only $9.99. Although not the leather quality of the Andrew Marc above, I like the classic styling, especially the large collar. The rear flap detail is interesting as well. At 44" long, the length is perfect for wearing with knee-high (or taller) boots!
Finally, these Casadei designer black leather knee-high boots with nice spiked heels sold for $19.99. I'm not sure what kept me from bidding on these Italian-made size 9.5N boots, maybe because I thought the spiked heels got a little too wide near the top. Also, the seller said they needed new heel tips.
