These silk-lined Italian gloves were a size 7.5 and measured an impressive 23 3/4" long.
Catsuits and long gloves, thigh boots and trenchcoats...these are a few of my favorite things!

Carolina Amato black leather opera gloves fetch $300
eBay glove seller "junkonsale" sold these Carolina Amato "new with tags" long black leather gloves sold for their impressive starting price of $299.99. This was just below their original retail of $325!
An out-of-production pair of long black leather gloves sells well
eBay glove seller "junkonsale" sold these Agent Provocateur Marquis long black leather gloves for $115.50. These unlined gloves were a size 7.5 and measured 23" long.
The seller stated that these gloves were brand new and originally retailed for $335, but that this style is no longer being produced.
Agent Provocateur is a British lingerie retailer which also sells some leather accessories, hence these gloves.

As a bonus for reading to the end of this post, this slightly shorter 20" pair sold for $94 back in 2013. http://ebayleather.blogspot.com/2013/04/unusual-long-black-leather-gloves.html
A classic eBay boot seller returns and makes an incredible sale!
After a long absence, eBay boot sellers "bobandangie" returned to list these rare purple leather thigh-high boots made in the UK by Little Shoebox. These size 8 boots received only four bids but sold for a whopping $510!!!
These boots measured an impressive 30" tall with 5 1/2 " stiletto heels.
Interesting, as the seller stated that they previously offered these for sale in 2002. Obviously, these boots have kept their value!

These vintage 1980s red leather over-the-knee boots by Mary Popps sold for a deserving $159.50.
These size 9/39 boots were made in Italy and feature black piping and an unusual black zipper on the outer side of the boot shaft. For vintage boots, they appear to be in very good condition.
While I like the style, I'm not sure how practical red leather boots are, especially OTK boots. I could see these paired for a holiday party with a black or red sweater dress or for a more casual look, over black skinny jeans. I suppose they could also be made to work as part of a sexy Wonder Woman costume although these look more like villainess boots to me!
The seller also indicated that these boots could be worn cuffed, and while I do think some boots look very good cuffed, I don't think this style was meant to be cuffed. It just looks really awkward on these pair with the cuff being open on the side rather than the back of the boots.

Michael Kors "Fulton" black leather hobo bag
Someone got a real deal on this Michael Kors "Fulton" black leather hobo style bag for $36. This is 11% of the original $328 retail!
Although the seller stated this had some cracking on the edges of the strap and light scuffs on the logo, I've rarely seen this bag sell for less than $100.
Meanwhile, this identical bag, also pre-owned, but in much better condition, sold for $90. I especially like how the seller provided measurements as part of her photos.
Armani Exchange long black leather opera gloves
eBay glove seller "junkonsale" sold these very nice Armani Exchange long black leather opera gloves for $83. These gloves were new with tags, a size 7 and measured an impressive 23 3/4 inches long.
I've never been a fan of the horizontal seam on the forearms of long leather gloves, as it looks like someone bought a shorter glove and decided to make it longer by adding more leather to it. However, I do like the elastic gathering inside the wrist which helps keep the gloves snug against the hands.
Since these were new with tags, I wish the seller had stated or shown the price tag with the original retail.
Another pair of Stuart Weitzman "Hilo" boots sells for $200
These Stuart Weitzman "Hilo" thigh-high boots in black suede sold for $200. These size 8.5 were listed as new, although it appears from the photos that these were lightly worn. It could have been from the modeling, but these does appear to be some debris on the soles.
