Nordstrom black leather opera gloves

These Nordstrom black leather opera gloves are from their 2010 and 2011 collection, but as the seller had two pairs to sell, makes me wonder if they're available at the Nordstrom Rack outlet stores. These gloves are currently available on the Nordstrom website for $168.00.

Both listings were for pairs new-without-tags. The size medium pair sold for $112.50 while the large pair sold for an impressive $135.50. Interesting as both pairs sold to buyers in the UK.

Kudos to the seller for some very nice photography and modeling!

Sexy, spiky Spanish boots from the UK

A seller in the UK sold these stunning Spanish-made black leather over-the-knee boots for $64.19. These classically-style size 40 boots featured soft leather, almond ties, and sexy spiked heels.

I normally don't buy items from outside the US, but these were impressive enough and sized right that I put in a bid, but unfortunately not enough.

Michael Hoban North Beach Leather military dress

This medium Michael Hoban classic black leather military style dress sold for a very impressive $338.00.

I've always thought the detailing on this dress was stunning, from the double-breasted gold button front, to the epaulets, to the gold piping detail.

A tale of two Weitzman "Hilo" boot auctions

Obviously, size matters when it comes to boots, too!

These very small size 5.5 Stuart Weitzman "Hilo" boots, lightly used and in the original box, sold for a record low $89.00. Nice to see them modeled for a change, I might add.


While these size 9 Stuart Weitzman "Hilo" boots, used but in excellent condition, got 33 bids and sold for a very impressive $560.00, almost full retail!

Wild Pair crotch boots sell for $275...again

Leather seller "rocannalea" got what seems to be the going price for Wild Pair crotch boots on eBay these days - $275.00 for these size 7 boots which appear to be in excellent condition.

They look superb modeled with a short belted leather coat, which is perfect for showing off the 34" height of these amazing boots.

Another pair of Dents leather opera gloves sells well

eBay glove seller "junkonsale" sold another pair of new-with-tags British-made Dents long black leather opera gloves for $124.00. These 24" long gloves were a popular size 8 or large and featured 3-point stitching detail on the back of the hand as well as nicely tailored mosquetaire wrist openings.

These are definitely a higher-end pair of leather opera gloves with some exquisite detailing.
