Unusual crotch boots sell for almost $200
eBay boot seller "nunya-bidness" scores again with an unusual pair of boots. Although they're not my style, these size 10.5 boots sold for an impressive $197.50.
At 34", they're crotch-high and have sexy gold metal stiletto heels. And they're made in Italy by Munari, so they're good quality. So, what's not to like?
For starters, I've never been a fan of the smooth and suede leather combination on boots. Do one or the other, but not both. While the gold star and stud detail is interesting (and screams vintage 1980s), I'm a purist and like my boots undecorated. Finally, what's with that checked pattern detail at the top? These boots actually look much better cuffed because it hides that pattern.
Don't get me wrong, these boots could be very sexy. Actually, they'd be stunning as part of a costume for a 1980s theme party. I can see them on a blonde with big hair wearing a black leather jacket with big shoulder pads, black knit catsuit, wide leather and metal belt. Nice!

North Beach Leather trench size 9/10 posted
There's an intriguing North Beach Leather trench coat posted on eBay. Intriguing because it's a good size (9/10), although the pictures are too dark to see much detail. It's listed only with a Buy It Now option of $145.00 and the seller doesn't appear to be taking any Best Offers. Not that I need another NBL trench in addition to the four I currently own, but I would be tempted if the seller would lower the price to around $100.00.
Again, the pictures are too dark to really see the style of the coat and what condition it's in. The style looks similar, if not the same, to the women's NBL trenches I own, although the collar looks bigger. Bigger collars can be good, especially if they look sexy when turned up.
Still, if the seller can get $145.00 with such dark pictures, it will be promising for the NBL trenches I plan to list on eBay this season.
Classic North Beach Leather dress for $62.07
Bummer. I was outbid on the classic black North Beach Leather dress by $1! Someone got a real deal on this dress for $62.07.
I still can't figure out why, but I think the low price was largely because the seller had the auction ending at 2 a.m.!
Even though it was a size small, I could have modeled the identical dress I own in a size large for eBay pictures. With some modeling and a decent ending time, this dress could have had excellent resale value.
As the dress appears to be in excellent condition, kudos to the bidder who got a great deal on THE classic leather dress.

My new favorite eBay model
Speaking of models - cute blonde in a beret, fur coat, black leather gloves, and sexy spiked heel black leather boots.
Likewise, the same cute blonde, same beret, long black leather gloves and sexy spiked heel black leather boots, only this time paired with a sexy poncho. What's not to like?!
Thank you eBay seller "millstreetvintage!"

Vintage 1980s Donald J. Pliner thigh boots
These rare, vintage 1980s Donald J. Pliner thigh boots with stacked heels sold for a deserving $222.50. A designer name, made in Italy, popular size 8.5, stunning 30" tall, good cuffability, nice stacked heels, and creamy beige leather all added up to a very successful sale for some lucky eBay seller.
These would look stunning worn over skinny jeans. Nice boots!

Pleaser black leather thigh boots sold for what?!
I don't get it. It had to be the modeling and nice outdoor photos because these Pleaser (yes, Pleaser) boots sold for an unbelievable $132.50. That could very well be more than original retail!
Yes, they're a popular size 10 and listed as new, but the quality of Pleaser boots (in my opinion) is not worth this price! Still, kudos to the seller.
