An unusual style of Casadei black leather OTK boots

eBay boot seller "livefire" sold these very nice Casadei black leather OTK boots for $228.  These Italian-made boots were a size 10 and appear to be in excellent condition.

These sexy boots originally retailed for $1,200 and featured a very nice 4.25" narrow stacked high heel, 20" tall shaft, classic almond toes, and an unusual zipper detail on the outside of the boot.  These boots also came with a dust bag.

I have to admit, I've seen many styles of Casadei boots, but never this particular style.

Vintage black leather thigh-high boots sell for $435!

A boot seller in Switzerland sold these vintage 1970s/1980s black leather thigh-high boots for a very impressive $434.83.  These 38.5 / US 8 boots featured very clean lines, almond toes, and a nice narrow, stacked heel.  Unfortunately, the seller did not list the brand but there is something with a turtle(?) logo on the photo inside the shaft.  Otherwise, the heels and insides look like vintage Italian boots.

These boots featured a very walkable 3.7" heels and an impressive 25" upper above the heels.  For as tall as these boots are, it does not appear that they are meant to be worn cuffed.

This is a classic, timeless style boot that I can see being worn with skinny jeans or a pencil skirt.

Leviticus boots make their first appearance on eBay and sell well

These Leviticus brand boots are fairly new to the market and the style is almost identical to Stuart Weitzman "Hilo" boots.  In fact, these are actually taller at 30 inches while most "Hilo" boots measure 26 inches.

These brown thigh-high boots in a size 10 sold for $172.50.  They list for $224.99 on the Leviticus Fashions website.

The toes also appear more almond than the round toes on the Stuart Weitzman "Hilo" boots.

I'd prefer black heels as opposed to the wood-style heels on these, but these are some impressive boots from a new seller on the market!

A favorite style of vintage Saks boots makes a rare appearance

These vintage black leather boots by Saks Fifth Avenue were listed with a Buy It Now price of $50.00, but were sold for a Best Offer.  These boots were a size 8 and made in Italy.
This style has always been a favorite of mine for its classic styling: clean lines (no zippers), straight shaft, nice spiked heels and almond toes.

Unfortunately, with many vintage Italian boots from this time, there seems to be a lot of powdering and a look down inside reveals that to be the case with these boots as well.
