Vintage brown leather thigh-high boots sell well!

These vintage brown leather thigh-high boots received three bids and sold for an impressive $300.  These boots were a size 9 and featured high stacked heels.

The seller stated these boots were likely from the 1970s or 1980s.  These would look great paired with skinny jeans!

Vintage 1970s Donald J. Pliner tan leather thigh-high boots

These vintage 1970s Donald J. Pliner Beverly Hills thigh-high boots started with a bid of $19.90 and sold for an impressive $227.74.  Especially impressive considering the wear these babies show!

These size 39.5 boots were made in Italy and featured stacked wooden heels and nicely rounded toes.  It also appears that they can be worn cuffed thanks to the large slit at the upper rear of the shafts.  However, I was disappointed that the seller didn't list what was surely an impressive height.

These vintage boots would look great work with faded skinny jeans or a flowery boho-style skirt.

I bet these boots have an amazing history!

An impressive sale on a nicely-modeled pair of vintage OTK boots

eBay boot seller "marmfrut" sold these vintage 1970s/1980s tan leather OTK boots for an impressive $96.99.  These boots were a size 8 and made in Spain by Pedro Fluxa.

These boots featured high wooden heels and appear to be very well-made.  As usual from this seller, they're very nicely modeled.  This is a classic style of boot that will always look great worn over skinny jeans or with the right skirt, especially denim or brown tweed.

Vintage Italian burgundy OTK boots

These vintage 1970s burgundy leather OTK boots by Mignani sold for their starting bid of $199.

These size 7 boots were made in Italy and feature nice narrow stacked heels and the ability to be cuffed.  For vintage boots, these are in excellent condition and appear to be extremely well-made.

These definitely fall into the category of "they don't make boots like these anymore!"

Interesting as they appear to be lined in the same leather all the way down inside the shaft.

Vintage black leather thigh-high boots sell for $435!

A boot seller in Switzerland sold these vintage 1970s/1980s black leather thigh-high boots for a very impressive $434.83.  These 38.5 / US 8 boots featured very clean lines, almond toes, and a nice narrow, stacked heel.  Unfortunately, the seller did not list the brand but there is something with a turtle(?) logo on the photo inside the shaft.  Otherwise, the heels and insides look like vintage Italian boots.

These boots featured a very walkable 3.7" heels and an impressive 25" upper above the heels.  For as tall as these boots are, it does not appear that they are meant to be worn cuffed.

This is a classic, timeless style boot that I can see being worn with skinny jeans or a pencil skirt.

A vintage boot seller sold these vintage beige thigh-high boots from the 70s for a very impressive $261.99.  These size 8 boots would look great paired with skinny jeans or a boho style skirt.

A seller does well with three pairs of Wild Pair thigh-high boots, unworn and in their original boxes!

An eBay seller recently did very well listing some pairs of vintage 1970s/1980s Wild Pair boots in different colors.  The seller stated that all pairs came from a climate-controlled storage unit that had not been opened since 1985.   Better yet, all of the boots were unworn and came in their original boxes, which I'm sure contributed to their high resale prices.  All three pairs were size 7.5 and the same style.

This pair in basic black sold for $157.51.  I've always admired the clean lines of this style with no zippers and the ability to wear them cuffed.

This white pair in the same style as above sold for $162.51.

This pair in red fetched the highest price at an impressive $183.00.

Vintage 1970s hand-dyed Italian OTK boots

I really like the style of these vintage 1970s Italian leather OTK boots, especially the stacked heels.  The seller stated that these were "hand-dyed" black with deep red highlights.  Someone got a good deal on these size 7.5 boots, which sold for only $51.00.

They cuff nicely, but really make a statement when they're worn uncuffed and over-the-knee.
