Red hot vintage Wild Pair thigh boots sell for $150

eBay boot seller "marmfrut" sold these vintage 1980s Wild Pair red leather thigh-high boots for their starting price of $149.99.

These size 7 boots were made in Chile and featured pull-on styling with rear lacing detail.  Except for a scuff on the toes, these appeared to be in excellent shape.  The seller did state that they had a slightly musty smell, which unfortunately, isn't unusual for vintage boots not stored properly.

If I'm reading my Wild Pair label coding correctly, these boots originally sold for $149 which means they've held their value for nearly 40 years!

Vintage thigh high boots continue to sell well

eBay boot seller "marmfrut" sold these vintage black leather thigh-high boots for an impressive $197.57.  The bidding started at $149.99.  These size 9 boots featured 4" spiky heels, nicely pointed toes, and measured a very impressive 28 3/4" in overall height.  Pull-on styling means no zippers and some very clean lines.  She also added that the lining could be extended to make these 35" tall, or crotch high.  The seller also stated these boots were used with very light wear and scuffing, like new.  Between the condition, size, and rarity of these boots, no wonder they fetched a nice price!

Although the seller indicated the boots had no maker name, they look like vintage Frederick's of Hollywood boots sold by this same seller a few years ago.  And as always, nicely modeled.

An impressive sale on a nicely-modeled pair of vintage OTK boots

eBay boot seller "marmfrut" sold these vintage 1970s/1980s tan leather OTK boots for an impressive $96.99.  These boots were a size 8 and made in Spain by Pedro Fluxa.

These boots featured high wooden heels and appear to be very well-made.  As usual from this seller, they're very nicely modeled.  This is a classic style of boot that will always look great worn over skinny jeans or with the right skirt, especially denim or brown tweed.

It's nice to see that vintage "Wild Pair" boots sell well, even in red!

As always, these size 7 boots were nicely modeled.  Although I'm not a fan of the rear lacing, these vintage boots appear to be in excellent condition despite what the seller described as a slightly musty smell.

I can see these being a part of someone's sexy Valentine's Day outfit!

An eBay boot seller returns with a stunning pair of thigh-highs

eBay boot seller "marmfrut" sold these vintage black leather thigh-high boots for an impressive $139.50.  These sexy boots were a size 8 and although she didn't state a maker, they look like vintage Frederick's of Hollywood boots.

What's not to like?  Pull-on styling with cleaning lines, sexy spiked heels, and nicely pointed toes.  Oh, and these appear to be in pristine condition.  These also featured stretch inside the top cuff to help them stay up and an impressive 27" tall with 4" spiked heels.  If these had only been in my size, I would have put in a really nice bid!

As usual with this seller, she provided lots of photos and the boots were superbly modeled!  I continue to wonder where she gets her amazing inventory!

Without a doubt, the nicest pair of vintage boots I've seen on eBay in quite awhile!

The lucky winner already provided some nice feedback as these were purchased for his girlfriend.  The way the feedback is worded, I have to wonder if the buyer was in the US or a foreign country.

A classic boot seller returns with vintage "Wild Pair" boots for sale!

eBay boot seller "marmfrut" sold these vintage 1980s Wild Pair black leather thigh high boots for an impressive $161.50.  The auction started at $149.99 and only had two bids.

These boots featured stud detailing on the shafts and rear lacing at the ankles and the knees.  Although vintage, the soles on these appear to be in excellent condition!

As always with this seller, these size 8 boots were nicely modeled.

An eBay boot seller gets a nice price for vintage thigh-highs

eBay shoe and boot seller "marmfrut" fetched an impressive $155.50 for these vintage 1980s black leather thigh-high boots in a size 8.5-9.  These boots featured a full-length zipper and measured nearly 29 inches tall.  The insole was gone, but the seller speculated they could be either Wild Pair or Frederick's of Hollywood, and I'm inclined to think the latter.

As is common with this seller, they were nicely modeled both sitting and standing.

Although the style is a little too sculpted for me, the boots look good quality and should last the winner many more years.

eBay boot seller "marmfrut" sold these vintage 1980s black leather thigh-high boots for their Buy It Now price of $70.00.  These size 6.5 boots remind me of vintage Frederick's of Hollywood boots.  I like their classic styling with the spiky heels and almond-shaped toes.  The pull-on styling makes for some very clean lines and these can be worn cuffed or uncuffed.  When worn uncuffed, these sexy boots measure an impressive 25.5" tall.









For vintage boots, these appear to be in excellent condition!

eBay boot seller "marmfrut" sold these vintage Wild Pair black leather thigh-high boots for an impressive $255.00.  These stunning boots were a size 7 and measured 29" tall.  It probably helped that these were in excellent condition with very light wear on the soles and came with their original, vintage Wild Pair box.

I've always really liked this Wild Pair style, but have never been able to find it in my size.  I especially like the pull-on style which gives it very clean lines with no zippers.  These can also be worn cuffed, which gives them  more versatility.

As always, kudos to the seller for her usual excellent modeling which does a great job of showing off these incredibly sexy boots!
