Go figure. These so-so quality over-the-knee boots in a size 9 sold for a very impressive $152.50. These sure look like the Tour de France brand boots I see often on eBay, which have sold for as little as $40.00. Although the seller said these were originally purchased in Spain, I can't help but wonder if the auction winner overpaid for some mass-produced boots. They look almost identical to these Pleaser pig leather boots which sell on Amazon for $68.30.
