Someone practically steals a pair of Coach "Monet" OTK boots!

These Coach "Monet" black leather over-the-knee boots were a real steal for someone.  Not only was the seller's Buy It Now price of $40 a deal, but the seller accepted a best offer.  These were a size 8B and they appeared to be in very good condition with some wear on the soles.

These boots were made in Italy and originally retailed for $498.

This specific style of boot is several years old now, rarely appears for sale online and is highly sought after.  The only other pair listed on eBay is a new size 6.5 pair listed with a Buy It Now price of $259.99.   On Poshmark, a pre-owned size 8.5 pair is listed for $150, a pre-owned size 9.5 pair for $150 and a NWOT size 9.5 pair for $200.

A real deal on Coach "Monet" OTK boots

For their starting bid of $28, someone got a real deal on these vintage, hard-to-find Coach "Monet" black leather OTK boots.  Elsewhere online, these boots are listed for anywhere from $98 to $325!

These size 8M boots were made in Italy and feature strap and buckle details along the shafts and narrow stacked heels.

A 2018 post on this blog shows a size 8 pair selling for $289.99!

I've been watching this particular style for quite awhile now, hoping to snag a deal on a pair.  However, these Coach Monet black leather OTK boots seem to hold their value as this pair sold for an impressive $155!

These size 11B boots were made in Italy.  The seller stated that these measured 23" cuffed and 25" uncuffed.  They appear to be in excellent condition as the seller stated that she only wore them twice.  Even better, they came in their original box.

These sexy boots would look great paired with everything from skinny jeans to a sweater dress.

It's too bad the seller removed the original price tag because I'd love to know what these retailed for.  All the seller stated was that "these were very expensive at the time."

A real deal on Coach "Monet" OTK boots

For $49.99, someone got a great deal on some of my all-time favorite Coach boots.  These "Monet" style OTK boots were a size 6.5 and in excellent condition despite some decent wear to the soles.  These "made in Italy" boots feature nice buckle and strap detail at the ankles and uppers as well as the ability to cuff/uncuff them to change the appearance.  They featured partial zipper openings, practical 4" narrow stacked heels and impressive 19" OTK Italian leather uppers.

This style rarely appears on eBay and is the perfect style to wear with a skirt to the office or with skinny jeans for a sexy date night!

These Coach "Monet" black leather OTK boots rarely appear on eBay, which is probably why they sold for an impressive $145.  These size 9 boots came with their original box.  They also featured straps at the ankles and knees and high stacked heels.  As shown, they also have a narrow cuff.

The seller stated these boots originally retailed for $498.

Coach "Monet" over-the-knee boots sell for a wide range of prices

These Coach "Monet" black leather over-the-knee boots have long been one of my favorite styles.  I especially like the strap details and wider spiked heels. These "made in Italy" boots rarely appear on eBay these days, so it was surprising to see three pairs listed recently.  Surprisingly, they sold for very different prices.

These were sold by one of my favorite sellers who wore them often in her auction listings.  This size 8 pair sold for a very impressive $289.99!  This was especially impressive considering the wear on this pair, although based on the other photos, these have obviously been re-soled.









This size 7.5 pair, also with considerable wear, sold for am impressive $185.00.







Someone got a real deal on this size 8.5 pair for $40!





However, the best deal might have been for this size 7 pair in pristine condition! These were snapped up for $50 using "Buy It Now."

Vintage Coach over-the-knee boots selling for all different prices

Some of my favorite vintage boots are the Coach "Monet" over-the-knee style.  A couple of pairs have sold on eBay recently for drastically different prices.

This size 8.5 pair sold for $59.99, a good price considering the extensive wear on the soles and toes.



Someone got an amazing deal on these same boots in a size 8 for only $7.50 plus $10.50 shipping! These were also very worn on the soles and heels, but still a steal at $7.50!





My other favorite Coach over-the-knee boots, in a style called "Allyson" were listed with a Buy It Now price of $80.00 but sold for a Best Offer.  These size 7 boots were made in Italy and feature high stacked heels and actually look better cuffed than uncuffed.

I first saw these boots in Macy's on Michigan Avenue in Chicago and bought a pair on eBay before reselling them later.  These boots feature buttery soft leather and originally retailed for $698!

A nice photo of the Coach "Monet" boots. Although I'm normally not a fan of straps and buckles on boots, I really like this style. These would look great paired with skinny jeans and a crisp white blouse.

Coach "Allyson" boots - good modeling, bad bidding

Nice to see the Coach "Allyson" boots modeled but disappointing to see that these size 7.5 new without box pair only got up to $109.57 in bidding without a winner. Obviously, the Buy It Now price of $400 was way too high.

These "Monet" boots by Coach are my second favorite Coach style after the "Allyson" boots. These would look so hot worn over a pair of skinny jeans. I actually like the strap and buckle detailing on these size 9.5 OTK boots, which sold for $157.50. Not bad for a pair of boots which originally retail for $670.00.
