Someone practically steals a pair of Coach "Monet" OTK boots!

These Coach "Monet" black leather over-the-knee boots were a real steal for someone.  Not only was the seller's Buy It Now price of $40 a deal, but the seller accepted a best offer.  These were a size 8B and they appeared to be in very good condition with some wear on the soles.

These boots were made in Italy and originally retailed for $498.

This specific style of boot is several years old now, rarely appears for sale online and is highly sought after.  The only other pair listed on eBay is a new size 6.5 pair listed with a Buy It Now price of $259.99.   On Poshmark, a pre-owned size 8.5 pair is listed for $150, a pre-owned size 9.5 pair for $150 and a NWOT size 9.5 pair for $200.

Vintage North Beach Leather trench coat sells for $340

The vintage Michael Hoban "North Beach Leather" trench coat was listed with a Buy It Now price of $339.99 but sold for its Best Offer price.  I wish eBay would reveal these Best Offer prices, but they don't.

Although a small size 3/4, this coat appears to be in excellent condition and nicely photographed on a mannequin.  It's one of the nicest leather trench coats I've seen for sale on eBay in quite awhile.

This coat features classic double-breasted styling with adjustable wrist straps.  Oh, and it looks stunning with the wide collar turned up.  Very spy chic!

The seller indicated it was from her personal collection and was only worn a few times.

Leather trench coats appear to be coming back in style and this one is definitely a very well-made investment piece which should last the lucky winner for years to come!

A deal on vintage studded thigh-high black leather boots

Although these were listed with a Buy It Now price of $45.00, which was already a good deal, someone got an even better deal with their Best Offer on these size 7.5 vintage black leather thigh-high boots. This vintage style boot rarely appears on eBay and with the studs, is the perfect boot for Sturgis or a rock concert.  These boots feature stud detailing near the tops which really makes them unique.  There are also snaps which I assume are for attaching them to a belt to make them into chap boots.

Nice photos, but I would've liked to have seen more modeling than just this one photo.

Vintage Wild Pair crotch-high boots finally sell...the third time's a charm!

After listing these vintage Wild Pair black leather crotch-high boots twice at considerably higher Buy It Now prices (previously $275), the seller lowered the BIN price to $199.99 and she sold them within 24 hours by accepting a Best Offer.  These boots were a size 8 and appeared to have a fair amount of wear.

Some very nice outdoor modeling too, which is a rarity on eBay!

Vintage very tall Wild Pair boots!

There have been a few recent deals on really tall vintage Wild Pair boots.  Nicely photographed, but none modeled.

These never-worn, rare chap boots in a size 6 sold for $96.90.  In a larger size, I think these boots in this rare style and condition could have sold for closer to $200!

The same seller listed these size 6 crotch-high boots with a Buy It Now price of $50.00, which is what they sold for.  I could have snapped these up at that price, but the size was way too small to have good resale value.  These were listed as pre-owned, but appear to be in excellent, rarely-worn condition.  Again, I've seen these boots in larger sizes sell for $275 and up, especially during the holiday season.

And to show off the great height of both of these boots, the yardstick in the photo was a very nice touch!

Another auction for Wild Pair crotch-high boots, also in a size 6.  These nicely-photographed boots sold for $93.61.  Although they were listed as pre-owned, these appear to be in mint, barely-worn condition, especially the soles.

Although these were listed as Wilson's Leather, I'm pretty sure Wilson's never sold boots (although it would be a great compliment to their leather apparel)!  These studded black leather thigh-high boots are classic Wild Pair.  Although these size 8 boots were listed with a Buy It Now price of $89.99, they sold for a Best Offer price.

A seller lists some very nice vintage Italian boots with a crazy Buy It Now price of $600!

These rare vintage 1970s-1980s size 8.5 Italian leather boots by Pollini were originally listed with a Buy It Now price of $600.  As attractive as these boots are, I thought they were tremendously overpriced...by about $500!  As it turns out, these sold for a Best Offer, and I'd really like to know how much the buyer got the seller to come down from that crazy Buy It Now price!

What I like about these boots, and most vintage Italian boots, is the quality leather, straight shaft, and narrow stacked heel.  These would look amazing paired with skinny jeans or a pencil skirt!

Stuart Weitzman "Hilo" boots with original box sell for less than $130.

Someone got a very good deal on these size 7 Stuart Weitzman "Hilo" over-the-knee boots with their original box.  The auction started with a Buy It Now price of $150 and when the boots didn't sell, the seller lowered the BIN price to $130.  However, someone snagged these for a Best Offer, which meant they sold for less than $130.  I'm guessing the seller let them go for $100.  Even with pricey $17.80 shipping, this was a really good deal on these boots in a smaller size.  These boots did appear to have some scuffs and more wear on the soles than most boots in this style listed on eBay recently.

A favorite eBay boot seller returns with nice OTK boots

zaraotkboots

eBay boot seller “livefire” listed these size 39 / 9 Zara black leather OTK boots for $85.00, but sold them for a Best Offer price.  These boots featured a 4” spiked heel and rear zipper.  These versatile boots would look great at the office paired with a skirt or for a night out worn over skinny jeans.  I also found it interesting that the seller listed these boots as a “blogger favorite.”

santabarbaraboots

The same seller listed these very nice size 8.5 Santa Barbara tall black leather boots for $70.00, but it appears that they didn’t sell.  The seller stated that these were “nearly over the knee” and originally retailed for $175.00.  These were previously worn and appear to be vintage, but I personally find this style very appealing.  Like the Zara boots above, these would also look great paired with a skirt or skinny jeans.

Basic, but still sexy vintage Wild Pair thigh-high boots

These vintage Wild Pair boots were listed with a Buy It Now price of $124.99, but sold for an unknown Best Offer price.  This style in a size 6.5 has always been one of my favorite Wild Pair styles, yet for some reason, I've never been able to get a pair in my own size.  I've just always liked the clean, basic pull-on style, an impressive 29" height with 4" spiked heels, and the ability to wear these cuffed for a different look.

Vintage Paloma Picasso designer black leather gauntlet gloves

I was very interested in these vintage Paloma Picasso Italian black leather gloves with large cuffs (gauntlets).  These gloves were listed with a Buy It Now price of $139.00, although the buyer sold them for a lower offer.  I hate that eBay doesn't reveal the final selling price in cases like this!

These silk-lined gloves were listed as a size 7-8.  If I hadn't been concerned about the size, I would have put in a good offer to try to get them for my collection.  I really like everything about this rare style except for the large buckles on the cuffs.

Vintage OTK boots get a decent Best Offer

These vintage OTK leather boots in a rare butterscotch color sold for an impressive Best Offer of $100.00. They were originally listed with a Buy It Now price of $145.00.

These size 8 boots look like vintage Frederick's. This unusual color would look great with skinny blue denim jeans tucked into them.
